Biosketch: Kyle grew up in Eugene, Oregon, where weekends were filled with digging for clams on the coast, fishing for anything and everything, backpacking deep into the Cascades, and foraging for mushrooms in the fall. The past couple years, he’s taken up mountaineering with some of his friends and now looks to get better at rock climbing as well. As a lifelong swimmer and runner, Kyle was fortunate enough to represent team USA in the 2023 Age Group World Triathlon Championships and now races with the Stanford club triathlon team. Outside of being an active member of Stanford’s kayaking, alpine, and fly-fishing clubs, Kyle also tinkers with old bikes around campus, calls play-by-play for KZSU Stanford Sports Radio, and never misses weekly trivia with friends. He loves anything outdoors or water-related and is beyond stoked to be at Camp this summer!
