Three things I love to do: Making greeting cards for my loved ones, walking through campus and up University Ave to Salt and Straw with friends, going to the beach!

I could talk all day about: The beauty of Stanford’s campus, Beyoncé, Jon Batiste’s musical genius, and multi-perspective novels.

I would love to connect with guests about: writing, publishing, journalism, communications, sustainability, government, law, and all fields of work targeted at making our society more just and joyful for all people.

Biosketch: Growing up in Southern California gave Madeline the opportunity to explore many types of natural environments from an early age. As a kid she enjoyed spending time building drip castles at the beach, and as she grew loved nothing more than XC skiing in the Sierra Nevada’s and hiking the many California trails from those in her own backyard to Yosemite National Park. Madeline loves to travel and explore new places. One of her favorite things is to meet new people, listen to their stories and learn about different perspectives on the world. Madeline loves all things creative and connecting with others through shared experiences.
