Seb Andrews

Hometown: Denver, CO

Major: Earth Systems

Three things I love to do at Stanford outside of class: Procrastinating my homework with long bike rides, playing jazz with the homies, and watching bad TV

I could talk all day about: Music (show me new music please!), Jazz, Colorado, the climate crisis, working at a "Big Green" environmental org, morning routines, bikes, backcountry skiing

I would love to connect with guests who work in fields related to: Climate action, renewable energy, non-profit work, music/jazz

Biosketch: Seb was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, on skis, bikes, and backpacking trips. He fell in love with jazz in high school and never looked back, now regularly playing jazz gigs on and off Stanford campus. Outside of music and his studies as an Earth Systems major, Seb love to go for long bike rides with friends from campus out to the Pacific coast. This summer marks Seb's first Sierra Camp summer and he's stoked to be working as a Ski Instructor. Don't worry--he can (kind of) waterski despite coming from land-locked Colorado--he spent his childhood summers back east on lakes across Maine. Seb would love to go for a mountain or road bike ride with you and talk climate action, music, or whatever excites you!
